Today, PC Woods continued their collaborative working with colleagues from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
This morning, they attended an address in Tadcaster following a concern for a local resident.
Working together ensures the community receives the best possible prevention, protection and each service can gain knowledge and understanding of their remits.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service offer a Home Safety Visit by either operational staff or by their specialist fire prevention team. The visit involves a methodical look at you, your home and the behaviours undertaken within your home.
The Home Fire Safety Visit will: Check and, if necessary, provide smoke alarms in your property and make sure you know how to test them.
